My focus is helping people through transitions — homeowners downsizing out of a longtime home, and families relocating to the Pacific Northwest for the first time.

I understand both sides of that transition personally. I relocated to Bellingham myself, so I know what it's like to learn a new place, weigh new neighborhoods, and figure out where you actually feel at home. My goal is to make that process easier, clearer, and a lot less overwhelming — whichever direction you're moving.
